Yoga Nidra

Comprised of a series of body, breath and awareness techniques, Yoga Nidra, or “Sleep Yoga”, is an ancient meditative practice from India that takes you through the 5 layers of the self to reach the most profound state of relaxation and connectedness.

This is a guided meditation which is performed while you are laying down comfortably (in savasana pose). As I guide you through a progressive muscle relaxation and the opening of each chakra, you may find yourself drifting in and out of sleep and possibly body awareness. Many have found this deep trance state to be highly invigorating, and to help profoundly with improving sleep and cognition.
