When you’re ready, this is how we do it.

  • We will talk about the new reality you are ready to enjoy, free of this habit for life. I will explain every step of this process before anything happens so you understand the science of how it works - and why this this process is so effective.

    I will work with your neurological system for about 15 minutes. You don’t have a conscious problem. You didn’t consciously decide to get stuck with this. You have an unconscious problem holding onto the habit within your mental, physical, and emotional system.

  • As an immediate result of the work we’ll do together, your own body will indicate that the problem has been cleared from your system.

    We will address and eradicate your old habit from all angles. You will experience an evidence-based profound hypnotic experience - specifically designed for you to - help you throw out the old ways and take back control of your life.

  • Your part of this is easy. And it can also be a lot of fun! You will sit in a comfy chair, and it will be just like listening to me tell you a story. You will be awake and alert the entire time, and completely in control.

    For simple, short-standing habits, we could knock it out of the park in just two sessions. For those habits with stronger, complicated holds, my clients find added benefit in my 3-5 session programs, or the 6-week group workshops. No two sessions are ever alike, because I teach a variety ways of interrupting habituating patterns - so you can stop the anxiety, compulsion, and cravings in a way that’s right for you.
